We would like to thank everyone who has supported us so far, by way of donations, help & support. We are hugely reliant on the generous offer of time to help make all our events & activities a success.
Volunteers are the cornerstone of any successful PTA, if you wish to get involved in one way or another, please get in touch. We welcome all forms of help & support to ensure we make Hungerford Primary a better place for all children & staff.
Support the Friends of Hungerford Primary School to have your say on what events should take place and how the money raised by the FHPS is spent throughout the year. There are so many ways to get involved from making donations, to volunteering for events or joining the Friends of Hungerford Primary School Committee.

We applied to the Co-op Local Causes fund and have been chosen as a local cause this year!
We want to help Mrs Rahman buy some floor robots to teach students computer programming skills to prepare them for future success in life.

Match Funding
Did you know many companies throughout the UK offer employees the chance to boost their fundraising efforts by 'matching' the money they raise? It really is money for nothing, and it offers the chance for the Friends of Hungerford Primary School to double the amount of cash it raises with very little effort. We are very grateful to our current parents who volunteer their time at our events and whose companies then help to boost our fundraising total significantly. Please do check if you, or your partner, work for a company who offer this initiative. We’d love to hear from you if they do!
Second Hand Uniform
The Friends of Hungerford Primary School holds a stock of second hand uniform. Every term there is a playground sale, look out for latest dates on the Friends of Hungerford Primary School newsletter or ask your Year Representative.
The Friends of Hungerford Primary School also has a second hand uniform Facebook page where parents and carers can request items which are then left in the school office for collection. Requests can also be made by emailing or phoning the school office.
Prices range from 50p to £2 per item. The Friends of Hungerford Primary School is very happy to accept donations of clean uniform in a condition that can be sold (please no holes, frays, stains or broken zips!) Donations should be taken to the school reception. Thank you.
